Your private order page is the fastest way to understand payment, entry, round, and result status.
Open your private order
Use the link delivered to the email address entered at checkout. The page updates automatically while payment and entry are in progress.
Do not share the link publicly. It is the key to viewing the order and submitting any winning claim.
Include the full order UUID
If the order says it needs attention, copy the complete order UUID from the private page. Do not shorten it or send a screenshot in place of the identifier.
Contact ticket support
Email tickets@hookedin.com from the address used for the order and include the full UUID. Never email wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or payout destinations.
Check the public result
Completed results include winning numbers, a UTC resolution time, outcome, and proof JSON. The proof remains useful even if you are not signed in or do not have an order.
