Hookedin keeps personal delivery and payment information separate from the public evidence required to verify the lotto.
Information Hookedin receives
Hookedin records your email address, selected number lines, order and entry UUIDs, order status, price, payment-provider identifiers and status, Luckotto ticket and round details, and timestamps. A winning claim also records the requested asset and destination submitted through the private order page.
What becomes public
Paid number lines and their entry UUIDs are committed in Luckotto partner ticket data so results can be reproduced. Your email address, private order token, payment details, and payout destination are not included in that public draw evidence.
How information is used
Data is used to create and deliver your private order, confirm payment, enter lines, resolve results, process a winning claim, prevent abuse, and preserve the operational evidence needed to investigate an order.
Service providers
NOWPayments hosts crypto checkout and processes payment information. Cloudflare provides the security check and email delivery infrastructure. Luckotto receives the funded ticket and number-line commitment required for the game.
Retention and requests
Order, payment, draw, and audit records are retained as needed to operate the game, resolve claims, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Public protocol evidence and append-only operational history may not be erasable without breaking verification or recordkeeping duties.
Protect your private link
Your order URL contains a secret token. Anyone with that link may be able to view the order and, for a winning line, submit claim details. Do not post it publicly or forward it to someone you do not trust.
